Founded in 1927 by brothers Joseph and August Piccozzi, we are America's oldest Mobil gas station. We've grown with the island, expanding our offerings while staying true to our roots—providing dependable, friendly service to residents and visitors alike.

Today, Piccozzi’s is more than just a gas station. We offer a range of services including fuel oil and propane delivery, ensuring homes and businesses stay warm and powered throughout the year. Our Dering Harbor Marina provides boaters with convenient access to fuel, slips, and moorings, all within walking distance of Shelter Island’s charming shops, restaurants, and accommodations. We also operate a full-service bike shop offering rentals, sales, and repairs to help visitors explore the island the best way possible—on two wheels.
